Welcome to SecureClean AI:Free Up Space. By accessing or using the SecureClean AI:Free Up Space mobile application or its website found at https://ware99.com whether through a mobile device or computer (collectively, the "Service"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you create a SecureClean AI:Free Up Space account. If you wish to create a SecureClean AI:Free Up Space account and use the Services, please review the terms described here in carefully.
1.Agree to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you must be at least 18 years old to use SecureClean AI:Free Up Space. By registering an account via device login and using the service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring unauthorized individuals cannot access it. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must immediately notify SecureClean AI:Free Up Space at hkmarvel@outlook.com.
• You have not been convicted of, or pleaded no contest to, a felony, an indictable offense (or a crime of comparable severity), a sexual offense, or any crime involving violence;
• You are not required to register as a sex offender on any state, federal, or local sex offender registry;
If you do not understand or agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you disagree with these terms, you are not entitled to access or use the service. Use of the service where it is prohibited is void.
2.Changes to Terms or Services
We may update this Agreement at any time. You agree that we are not obligated to provide individual notice for each change; it is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Application after the posting date of any revised Agreement, you agree to be bound by the changes and acknowledge awareness and acceptance of them.
3. General Terms

This Application is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may only use this Application for these permitted purposes.
4. License and Use Rights
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service. You may only use the Software in accordance with this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license to use the Software and may incur legal liability. The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with modified terms effective immediately upon posting on the official website. By using the Software, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any term, you must immediately cease using and delete the Software.
5. Privacy Policy
We prioritize protecting your personal information and will handle it according to applicable laws and regulations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process, use, and store your information (including personal data). Access to the Application and use of the Services are subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the Application and using the Services, you accept the Privacy Policy and acknowledge the processing methods and legal bases described therein. We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Application and the Services. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
6. Intellectual Property
When using the Application, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, source code, UI/UX design, content, copyrights, and trademarks related to the Application - collectively "Intellectual Property Rights") and the intellectual property rights of third parties. You may only use our Application for your own non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent or that of relevant rights holders. You must respect copyrighted materials within the Application. You shall not sell, copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, publish, or broadcast any images and/or other content from the Application, in whole or in part. We will take legal action against unauthorized use of our trademarks, names, or symbols to protect and enforce our rights.
7. Subscriptions
7.1 You will be automatically charged the price displayed on the payment screen (or Apple Pay pop-up screen) for your chosen subscription period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial.
7.2 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, annually, or other specified duration) until you cancel.
7.3 Payment will be charged to your iTunes & App Store/Apple ID account ("Account") upon purchase confirmation (after accepting subscription terms via Apple's pop-up screen using Touch ID, Face ID, or other methods) or immediately after your free trial ends.
7.4 You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by disabling auto-renewal in your account settings.
7.5 To avoid charges, cancel your subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before your free trial or current subscription period expires.
7.6 You can manage subscriptions directly. Visit [Apple's support page] for detailed instructions on management (including cancellation).
Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. (Apple iOS 13+ users may manage subscriptions during app deletion).
7.7 For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
• Refund eligibility requires direct requests to Apple.
• Follow refund instructions on [Apple's support page].
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or related to the Application or its services. We cannot foresee or prevent all technical or other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacking, system instability, carrier issues, power failures, network failures, third-party service defects, system updates, government actions, or third-party websites, which may cause service interruptions, data loss, or other disruptions. Furthermore, we assume no liability for any damages related to products, services, and/or information provided by any third party accessed via the Application or otherwise. You are solely responsible for any expenses or damages resulting from legal actions (private or governmental) arising from your use of the Application and services in any country/region.
9. Termination Clauses
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason.
Upon termination:
(a) All rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately.
(b) You must cease all use of the Application.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
• You are responsible for ensuring your actions comply with your country's laws. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with your country's laws, that provision will be limited or eliminated only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
• The parties agree to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement amicably through negotiation. Within sixty (60) days of receiving notice from the other party, you and we will engage in dialogue to resolve the dispute; however, neither party shall be compelled to accept terms it finds unsatisfactory.
• During any dispute resolution process, the parties shall continue performing their obligations under the unaffected terms of this Agreement until the dispute is finally resolved.
